What you need at 25 isn't what pregnancy asks of you, or what perimenopause does. So we don't build one formula and hope it fits. We build each Venja pack for a single stage, around what that stage calls for, and nothing it doesn't.

We dose to the gap between what your food already gives you and what your body needs at this stage, not to the biggest number the label will hold.
A nutrient goes in only when there's a documented reason for it to be there. If it can't answer that question, it stays out. No trend ingredients in token amounts, no padding.
Our formulations are grounded in published research, and we'd rather leave something out than add it for show.
