Every ingredient earns its place
We dose to the gap between what your food already gives you and what your body needs at this stage, not to the biggest number the label will hold.
A nutrient goes in only when there's a documented reason for it to be there. If it can't answer that question, it stays out. No trend ingredients in token amounts, no padding.
Our formulations are grounded in published research, and we'd rather leave something out than add it for show.
The forms your body can use
Supplements come in many forms, and they aren't equal. We choose the ones that are well absorbed and easy to take every day: active forms where they matter, chelated minerals for absorption and tolerance, vegan sources wherever they perform as well.
