Every ingredient earns its place
We dose to the gap between what your food already gives you and what your body needs at this stage, not to the biggest number the label will hold.
A nutrient goes in only when there's a documented reason for it to be there. If it can't answer that question, it stays out. No trend ingredients in token amounts, no padding.
Our formulations are grounded in published research, and we'd rather leave something out than add it for show.
The forms your body can use
Supplements come in many forms, and they aren't equal. We choose the ones that are well absorbed and easy to take every day: active forms where they matter, chelated minerals for absorption and tolerance, vegan sources wherever they perform as well. Bio available; er það eitthvað ofan á brauð? Ég er nýlega komin á breytingarskeiðið og hef glímt við lélega upptöku vítamína alla mína tíð. Ég hef þurft að taka stóra umfram skammta vítamína með tilheyrandi kostnaði. Aldrei hef ég pælt í hvort vítamín væru BIO eitthvað og það gæti skipt svona miklu máli! Það var ekki fyrr en ég prófaði VENJA RISE sem ég fann muninn. Hann sást loks einnig til muna í blóðprufum. Allt tilbúið í einum pakka og engin fyrirhöfn!
Ekki skemmir fyrir að ég spara tíma og pening eftir að ég skipti yfir í VENJU og hætti handahófs kaupum vítamína, sem voru hvort eð er ekki að gera neitt fyrir mig.

Venja rise hefur algjörlega breytt lifinu mínu ! Mér finnst ég hafa fengið sjálfa mig tilbaka ! Andleg og líkamleg líðan ásamt svefn hefur batnað til muna ! Spenna og streita minnkað og allt er einhvernveginn viðráðanlegt aftur.
