Returns & exchanges

We always send a reminder a few days before your next pack is processed, so you have time to make changes if you want to delay, adjust or cancel your order. That way, hopefully you won't need to return or swap anything. But if something comes up, you're always welcome to return or exchange your pack. It needs to be in its original condition, as received, and the return window is 14 days from delivery, in line with our terms.

Here's how returns work:

  2. Create a return and print the barcode provided
  3. Attach it to the pack you want to return and drop it off at your nearest Dropp delivery point
  4. Once the pack reaches us, we'll refund you for the product
